Verifying games and toys
Game Testing Service
With the ever-expanding player base and increasing variety of game genres, game code can become convoluted and bloated, as more features are added. Bloated code makes adequate pre-release testing difficult, and leads to undetected defects appearing in game releases.
A video game must be certified according to standards established by console manufacturers before it can be released to the market. In order to ensure the highest quality, it is important not only to receive standard certification, but to correct all defects possible. In addition to our comprehensive testing services, such as text check and functionality check, we include irregular testing which purposely simulates unexpected situations in order to detect undetected defects.
Testing Service before master Submission
DIGITAL Hearts testers are trained in the specific console manufacturer standards required for quality certification. Our testers will perform a diagnostic on your product before your master submission to identify problem areas not compliant with the manufacturer standards. This procedure helps expedite the quality certification process for your product.
In September 2007, DIGITAL Hearts has been authorized by Microsoft Corporation as the first test house for the Xbox 360® video game system from Microsoft (AXTP) in Japan and has been offering testing services for game software for Xbox 360® before master submission.

Video Capturing for CERO review, and Ethic Checking
DIGITAL Hearts are capturing video data to submit to CERO(Computer Entertainment Rating Organization), which reviews the ethic level of consumer games. We also cooperate to check if the game’s content is adequate for standards of the rating level intended by the developers.
